Specifications of Products -
Due to manufacturing criteria we reserve the right to make any changes to any items at any time. Normally it must be assumed that any such alteration would enhance to product. We try to keep the details on the web pages up to date, but should any user find variations we would ask that they point this out to us so that we may make the necessary changes.
Carriage
All prices are plus carriage, details are shown under 'Shipping' which covers our normal transport methods. Multiple order parts will subject to ONE carriage charge only. If any express delivery is required which is outside the normal delivery methods, additional charges will be applied.
Guarantee-
Our standard terms of supply are that products are supplied for the purpose which they are intended to be used, as equipment should be free of defects in either workmanship or materials at time of despatch. If an item becomes unserviceable due to faulty materials within a period of 12 months from date of supply, it must be returned to us at your cost for inspection, after which we will replace or refund. Any mechanical damage, misuse or interference with any item by any other party in any way is not allowed, and will automatically invalidate any warranty claim.
Payment-
Payment of any items is to be offered at time of order. Online orders have secure payment forms. Alternative we can accept traditional Sterling cheques for the amount, made payable to Autogrow and mailed to out contact address
Liability -
We accept liability only for items which we are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.
Right to Cancel - (Consumer Protection - Distance Selling - Directive 97/7/EC)
The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. When customers exercise the right to cancel they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition that they were supplied. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to cover return carriage costs and send in a manner that ensures safe transit as we can not be responsible for lost items. Order cancellations must be submitted to us either by email, fax or written letter.
Faulty or Damaged Items-
We must be notified on receipt of goods of any damage or lost pieces. Please note that most carriers expect any inspection to take place at time of delivery
